Llama cria Thalissa gets an artificial leg

In Aagtekerke, Zeeland, a very special llama is walking around. Since yesterday, cria Thalissa has had an artificial leg—also known as a prosthesis.

Shortly after her birth, caregivers discovered that she had several broken toes. They failed to heal, which meant part of her leg had to be amputated. Until now, she could only hop around on her other three legs.
